2. Description of Service

romeAI is a multi-platform live streaming management tool that allows users to broadcast simultaneously across multiple streaming platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitch). The Service includes stream management, analytics, and referral features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Platform Connections

When you connect third-party streaming platforms, you authorize romeAI to access and manage streaming functionality on those platforms on your behalf. You must comply with each platform's terms of service. romeAI is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions or content removal.

5. Subscription Plans

romeAI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide additional features such as more platform connections, higher streaming quality, and advanced analytics. Subscription terms:

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Stream content that violates any applicable laws or platform policies
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you stream using the Service. romeAI does not monitor or control user content and is not responsible for any content streamed through the platform. You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and the terms of connected streaming platforms.

8. Referral Program

Users may participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral link. Rewards are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups) may result in account termination.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

romeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Service.
